Our primary objective at Investment Services is to facilitate the acquisition and disposition of distressed real estate assets including residential, commercial, retail and land. Investment Services has engaged numerous asset and investor sources in a direct or intermediary role and is positioned to facilitate transactions throughout the country.

Specific investment opportunities include purchasing REO inventory and performing and non-performing notes from financial institutions. Other opportunities include land (finished and unfinished lots), purchasing new homes at discounts direct from builders and failed real estate or entitled land developments.

Investment Services is also partnered with CBPR's REO and Listing Service's teams to assist financial institutions and wholesalers in the liquidation of their inventory expeditiously.
